We
had a bitter sweet experience on Memorial Day. My Yaya passed away
peacefully and we had the funeral. It was good to see all the family and
have everyone there. These are some of the shots of the funeral and the
grave site.

Vacation Pictures
So I have been looking through the pictures that I have taken of recent Vacations and I would like to offer some advice to those of you that will one day take a photo of a weary traveler who just wants a good picture.
1) If you are at a point of interest (i.e. the Statue of Liberty, a castle in Europe or Eiffel tower) get the whole POI. One lady only got the base of the Statue of Liberty and I'm sad to say it but I almost went off on her. Luckily she walked away before we saw it.
2) No one cares about their feet. If you get the upper half of their body, then you are good! Hey having it closer in makes it better and more likely to be able to see their face.
3) Count. Even if it's a different language. Just let them know its going click!
4) Show them the picture and ask if they want another. Heck, in the beginning be sure you know what they want in the picture. They mike just care about their feet and want you to put them in there.
5) Don't put them in the middle. Chances are that if you do you will get the sidewalk or too much sky. And yeah, that's why I bought an expensive ticket and traveled all the way there. To get a picture with the sidewalk.
Alright. That is my rant! But please help me avoid pictures like this one we has some one take at the Boston Temple. For everyone vacation's sake.
